Beyond administrative coordination, you will actively participate in new business initiatives and special projects as a key task force (TF) member, contributing to planning, execution, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support & Special Projects
- Participate in task forces for new business initiatives and special projects, conducting research, planning, and execution activities.
- Support strategic decision-making by translating business objectives into actionable plans and providing data-driven insights.
- Monitor project execution and implementation, ensuring initiatives are progressing according to plan and promptly escalating issues when necessary.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure successful completion.
2. Strategic Communication & Coordination
- Act as a strategic liaison between the Director and local teams, ensuring clear communication of business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to improve alignment and execution efficiency.
- Organize key meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and safeguard important company documents, including policies, contracts, and project-related records.
3. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in the local market.
- Conduct market research and business intelligence to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Coordinate client and partner meetings, manage follow-ups, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.
- Track and report sales performance using customer and market data analysis.
Qualifications
Language Requirements
- Required: Fluent in Korean and Indonesian, with the ability to perform professional-level interpretation, translation, and business reporting.
- Preferred: Good English communication skills.
Experience
Previous experience in executive support, business planning, sales, business development, project management, or related fields is highly preferred.
