Phase 1: Discovery & Validation (Bulan 1-2)
- Identify pasar baru yang potential
- Research target customer, kompetitor, market size
- Conduct 50+ customer interviews untuk validate demand
- Analyze feasibility: technical, financial, operational
- Present findings & recommendation
Phase 2: Strategy & Model Design (Bulan 2-3)
- Design business model: revenue stream, unit economics, pricing
- Create go-to-market strategy (positioning, channels, messaging)
- Identify key partnership/supplier/resources needed
- Draft operational plan: team, timeline, budget
- Create pitch deck untuk leadership approval
Phase 3: Soft Launch & Learning (Bulan 4-6)
- Recruit initial customer (dapat 5-10 pilot customers)
