Job description for Business Assistant at Day One Pte. Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle Manager schedule/meeting arrangement, travel booking, paperwork approval etc.
- Responsible to liaise and communicate with all company internal and external personnel and handle important guest reception duties.
- Responsible to manage notification, recording, sorting, and tracing of superior’s meetings and other important company meetings, as well as organization, examination, and feedback of progress and completion for the tasks
- Perform any ad-hoc duties required by Manager
- Manage incoming emails, faxes and post, and correspond on behalf of the Manager when required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Possess excellent work ethics when handling confidential and sensitive data
- Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Team Player qualities
- An ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
