Job description for Business Analyst at ANOTECH Singapore

This position interfaces with other internal organization members (mostly Recruiters and Sales team). ANOTECH (by extension ALTEN) shows a very high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, multi-skills development and continuous improvement.
In order to support its growing activities, ANOTECH Singapore is looking for a Business Analyst Intern for its Singapore Branch.
Thanks to regular communication actions, you will contribute to make ANOTECH Singapore shine and to maintain the link between its teams while being an actor of its image change.
In collaboration with the Recruitment Specialist Lead and Communication Manager, your missions will be:
Main Responsibilities:
· Collaborate and coordinate with Recruitment and Sales team to understand business processes and problem statements
· Monitor industry intelligence and evaluate strategies to determine areas of opportunity for our business
· Generate leads: search for candidates & clients, visibility of our projects, references & expertise
· Develop and drive activities to reach our target markets to drive demand
· Assist in preparation of presentations and reports
· Brainstorm to propose solutions that leverage and align with the company's consulting capabilities
· Be on the lookout and propose fresh ideas, possible innovations and suggestions for improvement
· Work together with other team members, to achieve common objectives/goals
· To participate in KPI analysis and recommendation plan
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
· Excellent oral and written skills in English.
· Previous experience in market studies and good analytical skills will be advantageous
· Ability to take up challenges, results oriented, organized, creative, autonomous and have good interpersonal skills.
