Job description for Business Analyst at PT Juke Solusi Teknologi
Job Description :
- Collecting detailed user requirements, analyzing, providing recommendations and solutions for business users
- Create document design application such as business requirements, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes, high-level design architecture, and other functional requirements
- Create detailed backlog or tasks for developers using task management
- Collaboration with IT-QA to deliver strategy, cases, planning, and mentoring for the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Create training materials and conduct system usage training for business users.
- Collaboration with the project manager to monitor the project.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information System or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Good knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Having strong analytical, good documentation, writing skills, and knowledge of project management.
- Having a basic knowledge of accounting
- Knowing Odoo ERP is a plus
