Job description for Business Analyst - ERP Product at Pt. Solusi Pembayaran Elektronik

Requirements:

Minimal 2 tahun di bidang terkait sebagai IT Business Process Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT Business System Analyst, Product Analyst, atau Project Management.
Pengalaman dalam pengembangan/implementasi sistem Enterprise seperti ERP, SCM, SCF, Financial Services, atau platform B2B SaaS.
Mampu melakukan requirement gathering, analisis, dan dokumentasi kebutuhan dalam bentuk BRD, FSD, user story, dan acceptance criteria, termasuk penyusunan process flows untuk mendukung solution development dan implementasi.
Memahami proses bisnis operasional perusahaan, seperti procurement, inventory, finance, atau area relevan lainnya
Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder dan tim teknis
Memahami produk/sistem yang dikembangkan serta tujuan bisnisnya
Familiar dengan tools pendukung : Visio, draw.io, FigJam, Miro, atau sejenisnya
Pengalaman dengan sistem Enterprise (ERP, SCM, SCF, B2B SaaS)
Berpengalaman bekerja dalam lingkungan Agile, termasuk partisipasi dalam sprint planning, daily, dan review session bersama tim pengembangan.

Job Description:

Mengumpulkan dan menganalisa business requirements dari stakeholder
Berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder untuk menggali, memahami, dan mendokumentasikan kebutuhan
Menganalisis dan mendokumentasikan proses bisnis untuk identifikasi peluang optimalisasi
Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis ke dalam dokumen yang jelas dan komprehensif
Menyusun dokumen fungsional, user story, flow proses, dan acceptance criteria
Berperan sebagai penghubung antara stakeholder bisnis dan Developers
Berkolaborasi dengan tim QA dalam penyusunan scenario test
Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan gap antara requirement dan hasil implementasi
