Job description for Business Analyst (CRM-Solution-Oriented) at DATA KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

We are a consulting company delivering system configuration, integration, and custom development based on client requirements. Our clients span Web3, iGaming, FinTech exchanges/trading, Insurance, High-Tech Software, and SaaS.

Our core platforms include Intercom, Sumsub, and HubSpot, and we build integrations and extensions using ReactJS + NodeJS

Role Summary

This hybrid role combines requirement gathering + solution design + hands-on delivery. You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and implement or support delivery through configuration, API integrations, and lightweight development.

You will work in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and also understand Waterfall and Hybrid approaches depending on client/project constraints.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

(1) Client Requirement & Business Analysis (Core)

● Join customer calls and workshops to collect, clarify, and confirm requirements (must understand the “main point” and business outcome).

● Map processes and document:

○ user cases

● Write simple process diagrams.

● Support UAT

(2) Agile Delivery & Project Execution

● You is PM/Lead in Agile:

○ daily standups

○ Product technical support and other developer will be report to you

● Understand when to use Scrum vs Kanban vs Waterfall vs Hybrid, and apply the right approach per client.

(3) Knowledge Integration & Development (ReactJS / NodeJS)

● Understanding the solution integrations using:

○ REST APIs, Webhooks

○ authentication concepts (API keys, OAuth basics)

● Understanding the solution lightweight features or integration services using:

○ NodeJS (API service, webhook receiver, middleware)

○ ReactJS (simple UI, admin tools, embedded pages if required)

● Understanding the solution automation/integration tools when suitable:

○ Zapier, n8n, Dify (workflows, routing, triggers, AI flow prototypes)

● Work with modern dev tooling, including Cursor for coding support and productivity.

● Work with modern Generative AI - Chat gpt, Grok,Claude, gemini nano banana for solution and proposal, presentation picture

Essential Requirements (Must-Have)

● 1+ year experience in CRM-related software Business Analysis (system side, not only end-user experience)

○ Experience involved in CRM system implementation, configuration, requirement analysis, or system optimization, not only daily usage

○ Familiar with business processes such as customer lifecycle, ticketing/support flow, sales pipeline, user operations, or service workflows

○ Able to translate business needs into system requirements, user stories, or functional specifications

● Comfortable speaking with customers:

○ ability to ask the right questions, summarize clearly, confirm scope

● Basic understanding of Agile delivery and SDLC

● Practical knowledge of APIs & integrations:

○ REST, webhooks

● Hands-on coding foundation in:

○ JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS

● Good English, and Chinese working proficiency (written & spoken) we have China clients
