Job Descriptions:
- Reporting directly to IT Infra Business Application Lead
- Collaborating with management, IT departments and External department to identify end-user requirements and specifications
- Conduct application testing and coordinate UAT with relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Develop clear and concise user guidelines
- Prepare and manage testing scenarios and test case documentation
- Manage and maintain application related data
Skill & Experiences:
- At least 3+ years of experiences as Business Analyst
- Good understanding of IT SDLC
- Able to write FSD, BRD, and UAT documents clearly
- Familiar with documentation and testing tools (e.g., Jira, Notion)
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of data handling or asset management systems
- Proactive, responsive, and willing to learn
- Able to work under minimal supervision and manage priorities
- Good team player and able to work cross-functionally
- Have a good communication skill
