Job description for Broadband Customer Care Operation Officer at PT Lotus Lestari Raya

Job Description:

1. Menangani telepon dan email pelanggan terkait layanan broadband.

2. Melakukan basic troubleshooting dan membuat tiket eskalasi.

3. Follow up pelanggan hingga kendala terselesaikan.

4. Mencatat aktivitas layanan ke dalam sistem CRM/CCMS.

5. Memberikan informasi dan edukasi terkait layanan kepada pelanggan.

Qualifications:

1. Minimal pendidikan D3.

2. Laki-laki.

3. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service/Customer Care di bidang telekomunikasi.

4. Memahami Fiber Optic, GPON, OLT, dan ONT.

5. Berpengalaman menangani customer corporate menjadi nilai tambah.

6. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift 24/7 (termasuk shift malam).
