We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bridal Consultant to join our team. This role involves assisting brides in selecting their dream wedding gowns and ensuring every client receives a personalized and memorable experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic bridal environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist clients in choosing bridal gowns, accessories, and related items.
- Provide styling advice based on clients’ preferences, body type, and event theme.
- Manage fitting schedules, coordinate with the alteration team, and ensure garments are ready on time.
- Maintain a tidy, organized showroom and display area.
- Handle inquiries through direct visits, calls, or messages in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the bridal and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory management and gown preparation (including minor sewing if capable).
- Deliver excellent guest service and build long-term client relationships.
- Work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
*Qualifications / Requirements*
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Language skills: Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Mandarin speaking ability is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the bridal or fashion industry.
- Technical skills: Basic sewing ability is an advantage.
- Personal attributes: Fast learner, detail-oriented, firm, active, responsible, and guest-oriented.
- Able to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- High sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
