Job description for Brand Partnership Admin at PT. Gudang Ada Globalindo
We are looking for Partnership Admin to support our team in expanding our beauty brand portfolio!
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Partnership team, supporting the Partnership Manager during the brand acquisition stage and serving as a professional operational bridge for our brand principals.
Role Description:
- Support, manage, and archive legal and administrative documents (MoUs, Service Agreements/PKS) and compile product assets from newly acquired brands.
- Act as the secondary point of contact for daily administrative correspondence with brand principals, schedule meetings, and draft comprehensive Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Input new SKU data and product master sheets into the internal company system to ensure seamless distribution readiness.
- Gather, compile, and reconcile regular sales and inventory reports to be shared transparently with brand principals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Business Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin (Brand Admin or Sales Admin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experienced in drafting formal business correspondence.
- Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal) is highly prioritized for correspondence with international brand principals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a highly professional and representative demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail (crucial for reviewing contracts and price lists) and highly organized in maintaining digital filing systems.
- A certified beauty enthusiast who stays updated with current skincare and makeup trends.
