Job description for Brand Marketing Specialist at Lencir Official
Lencir is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to drive brand execution and campaign activation across digital and offline touchpoints.
This role focuses on brand consistency, campaign execution, content direction, and activation marketing, based on direction and KPI set by the Owner / Brand Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand & Campaign Execution
- Translate brand direction and campaign brief into:
- content framework
- campaign & activation plan
- creative guideline
- Ensure consistency of: tone of voice, visual identity, and brand experience (online & offline)
2. Content & Social Media Leadership
- Lead and coordinate: content, design, communication and community
- Review & approve: content, captions, campaign assets
- Ensure content supports ongoing campaigns and activations
3. Digital Activation & Event Marketing
- Develop brand activation concepts for: launch events, wellness events, collaborations
- Manage: pre-event digital push, during-event content, post-event amplification
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners for brand & marketing alignment
4. KOL / Influencer Execution
- Define KOL angles and deliverables based on campaign direction
- Ensure KOL content aligns with brand tone and messaging
- Monitor execution and output quality
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor marketing performance: reach, engagement, and traffic signals
- Prepare regular campaign & activation reports
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years experience in:
- brand marketing
- campaign marketing
- digital / activation marketing
- social media
2. Experience handling:
- beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- online–offline campaign integration
3. Strong understanding of:
- brand storytelling
- social media best practices
- influencer marketing execution
- Comfortable working with direction and KPI set by management
- Hybrid fleksibel working hours (optional)
