Job description for BRAND MANAGER at PT. Mganik Grup Mitra Indonesia
- Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand building initiatives
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Experience in launching new products, defining product positioning, and delivering all onsite assets to help sell a product online preferred
- Work closely with the creative team through production, to enable the creation of assets that serve our business, brand and customer experience goals
- Review sales team performance and suggest campaigns
- Manage customer experience in our social media and customer service
- Manage budget and monitor budget spend effectiveness for brand
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related position
- Have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal & leadership skills
- Independent & able to work in dynamic environment
- Having experience in handling marketing campaign, new product development & research
- Living in Jakarta, Tangerang or South Tangerang area
- Willing to be placed in Cipondoh, Green Lake City
- Willing to work from office in full time position
