Job description for Brand Manager at PT. INFINITH CARE INDONESIA
PT. Infinith Care Indonesia is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market awareness, customer loyalty and business growth. This role is pivotal in positioning our brand competitively within the market and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. You will report directly to senior management and play a key strategic role in shaping the future direction of our brand.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities
2. Manage all aspects of brand positioning, including brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities and threats
4. Oversee brand communication campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media
5. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
6. Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership
7. Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships that enhance brand value and reach
8. Lead the development of brand marketing materials and collateral
9. Ensure brand compliance and maintain brand standards across all organisational departments
10. Identify and implement innovative strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence
What we're looking for
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing management roles
3. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that delivered measurable results
4. Strong understanding of brand positioning, brand architecture and consumer psychology
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
6. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management and marketing analytics tools
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
8. Experience with brand development, product launches and campaign management
9. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
10. Creative thinking combined with strategic and analytical capabilities
11. Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors would be advantageous
