1. Have at least 5 years of experience in the same position as Brand Manager / Product Manager in FMCG industry, especially food and beverages product.
2. Bachelors degree from Food Technology major
3. Exposure to Dairy/Food industry or FMCG and its competitive dynamics
4. Experienced in handling more than 2 brands / product category
5. Involved in development of communication strategy (ATL, BTL, Digital)
6. Experienced in New Development Product/Innovation (planning & execution)
7. Good in number and has the ability to analyze data & specific market information while recommending business action steps
1. Be the Person in Charge of the Brand (Tea & Beverages) in the Business to Plan, Deliver and Improve
2. Develop Strategy, Promote Brand Growth, Implementing Plans and Drives Volume
3. Manage all aspects of the brand: consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, digital planning consumer & trade promotion, market research, product development (NPD & Launch), pricing, S&OP forecasting, financial mix, and P&L management
4. Drives New Development Product or Innovation Projects
5. Act as Project Leader within the Cross-Functions Projects, Company and outside Third Parties
6. Monitor the P&L and exploit Product/Marketing Plans to enhance the P&L
7. Work closely with Sales Team, Food Service and R&D.
