Working directly with leadership, you will take ownership of growth initiatives across content, partnerships, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand development.

What you (will) do
Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels to increase awareness, audience engagement, and revenue.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Identify new growth opportunities across organic, paid, affiliate, partnership, and community channels.
Monitor performance and translate data into actionable business insights.
Partnership
Build strategic collaborations with media, communities, influencers, creators, affiliate partners, and relevant brands.
Develop partnership initiatives that increase reach, credibility, and audience growth.
Represent the company in conversations with external stakeholders and potential collaborators.
Content and Audience Growth
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Support SEO and content growth initiatives across our ecosystem.
Identify emerging trends, cultural conversations, and audience insights that can be transformed into growth opportunities.
Leadership & Execution
Lead and mentor a growing team across content, creative, and growth initiatives.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Create clear reporting frameworks and present recommendations to leadership.
You must
Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Brand Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience driving audience growth, customer acquisition, or revenue growth.
Strong understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics.
Comfortable working with business metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Profitability.
Experience managing projects, teams, freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Better if you have
Experience in media, publishing, consumer goods, retail, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or community-led growth.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, email marketing, or retention platforms.
Existing relationships with media, creators, communities, or industry partners.
