About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting branding activities, executing marketing campaigns, and maintaining consistent brand communication across various channels. You will also collaborate with multiple departments to increase brand awareness and support business growth in the beauty industry
What you'll be doing
1. Assist in planning and executing branding and marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
2. Develop campaign briefs, marketing guidelines, SOPs, and operational protocols for internal teams and external partners.
3. Translate brand and campaign ideas into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Social Media, E-commerce, KOL, Affiliate, and Sales teams.
5. Ensure brand consistency across both online and offline channels.
6. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor consumer behavior and beauty trends.
7. Support product launches, promotional activations, and seasonal campaigns.
8. Analyze campaign performance, sales data, and marketing effectiveness to improve future strategies.
9. Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations related to branding and campaigns.
10. Support budgeting processes, target tracking, and overall campaign execution.
What We're looking
1. Bachelor’s degree in any major.
2. Passionate about beauty, branding, and marketing.
3. Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and market insights.
5. Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
6. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Able to analyze campaign performance and develop improvement strategies.
