Job description for Brand Communications Executive at N7 Global
Join our team as part of a dynamic, global team of 40 across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir and other top of trend Korean brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and design professional presentation decks (e.g., using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva) based on input from the Brand Team, for meetings with brand owners, stakeholders, or internal teams. This includes gathering content, formatting visuals, incorporating feedback, and ensuring decks align with company branding guidelines.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars for the Brand Team, schedule meetings (internal and with external partners), send reminders, and coordinate across time zones (considering the Philippines, Korea, and other locations).
- Communication Support: Assist with drafting emails, memos, or reports in English; handle follow-ups on project instructions relayed to other teams; and organize communication threads to reduce overload. If bilingual in Korean, provide basic translation support for documents or messages.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, project trackers, and databases related to brand initiatives; update shared documents with the latest instructions or feedback from leadership.
- Research and Data Compilation: Conduct basic online research on brand trends, competitors, or market insights; compile data into summaries or spreadsheets to support the Brand Team’s preparations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle routine admin duties such as expense tracking, invoice processing, travel arrangements (if applicable), and preparing meeting agendas or minutes.
- Task Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project timelines, follow up on action items from other teams, and generate simple status reports to keep the Brand Team informed.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible assistance on other emerging needs, such as virtual event coordination, social media content scheduling for brand promotion, or basic graphic design tweaks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator, executive assistant, or brand support role.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive with strong time management skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with brand or marketing environments is preferred.
