Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to engage consumers, increase brand awareness and generate revenue.
- Organize and manage events, product launches, and other activations.
- Track campaign effectiveness and measure ROI.
- Develop creative concepts and collaborate with teams to produce marketing materials.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, influencers, and vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all activation activities.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for activations.
- KOL Management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in brand activation, marketing, or event management.
- Experience in event planning and multi-channel campaign management.
- Strong leadership and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site activations.
- Understanding in social media content creation & basic design tools.
- Willing to join ASAP.
