Job description for Brand Activation Manager at Fuse Nano Tekno
- Lead a Team to do partner and customer activation in both the Business-to-Partner channel and business-to-customer channel
- Craft and Utilize campaigns, rewards, incentives, and targeted communication to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty from partners and customers.
- Drive the product success through collaborative GTM campaign, lead generation, and also demand generation as well
- Utilize data to craft engaging and impactful activation activities
- Maximize the value of any offline brand activation (in collaboration with the business team)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Statistics, or Business from notable Universities.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in growth, growth marketing, merchant-management, product marketing, or any other relevant roles.
- Have knowledge and experience in growth marketing, retention strategy, increasing basket size, driving ARPU, or similar.
- Familiar with Pirate Funnel methodology (AARRR)
- Enjoy a startup work environment, fast-paced and dynamic.
- Effective written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa
- Demonstrate relevant experience in behavioral and data-driven marketing
- Some experience in digital/performance marketing
- Relevant experience in agent/merchant-based marketing will be a plus point.
