The Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch performance, including sales growth, staff
management, operations, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage branch team to achieve sales targets
● Plan and execute strategies to improve branch performance
● Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
● Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance
● Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues
● Control operational costs and ensure efficiency
● Ensure compliance with company SOP and standards
● Prepare sales and performance reports for management
● Manage inventory, stock control, and merchandising
● Foster and maintain a cohesive, positive, and harmonious workplace environment to
support strong staff retention.
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year experience in managing a clinic, beauty salon, aesthetic center, wellness center or similar service-oriented business
● Strong understanding of best practices in clinic operations
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Sales-driven and result-oriented
● Professional, independent, proactive, and highly self-motivated
● Good communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to handle customer requests and complaints professionally and gracefully
● Capable of establishing effective policies, procedures, and maintaining high service standards
● Willing to work weekends, and holidays
