REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree, Any Major
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a plus
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Luxury Brand or any related field is required for this position.
- At Least 5 years of working experience as Assistant Boutique or Boutique Supervisor
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Excellent communication andn interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Senayan
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage daily boutique operations, inculding sales, inventory, and customer services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationship with clients
- Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising and product displays
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create engaging in store experiences
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, including security and loss prevention
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promotiong employee engagement and development
