BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
- Conduct pitching, presentations, and business negotiations
- Develop strategies to increase sales, partnerships, and company growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, reports, and client follow-ups
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, account executive, or related field (Experience in agency or creative industry is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in pitching, presentations, and client relationship management
- Able to identify business opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Familiar with social media, digital marketing, and creative industry trends is a plus
- Having networking skills and existing client/community connections is a plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join ASAP and willing to work WFO at Bogor District
