Job Responsibilities
Prepare and develop BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services for New Build and A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.
Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Coordinate M&E services with Architectural, Structural and other trades to resolve design clashes.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Consultants and project teams.
Update BIM models according to design revisions, RFIs and site requirements.
Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Teams to ensure drawings reflect site conditions.
Assist with submissions to Main Contractors and Consultants.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of BIM modelling experience in Singapore's construction industry.
Experience in M&E works for New Build or A&A projects.
Able to interpret M&E, Architectural and Structural drawings.
Good understanding of Singapore construction standards and M&E systems.
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
