- Leader of Change of Future Growth and Strategic Function.
- Act and behave positively for company decision and action related to change for future growth.
- Review performance periodically of agency forces and agency executives to be in line with company strategy.
- Develop team members for future growth.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with internal and external parties.
- Consistent review and balance Efficiency and Effectiveness in agency operation.
- Act as Business Leader and always review the cost and benefits of the organization.
