A premium Korean concept aesthetic clinic located in Setiabudi One is seeking a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Beauty Consultant who will guide patients in understanding treatment options, provide product recommendations, and support sales performance while maintaining a premium service standard.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Provide consultation to patients regarding skincare concerns, treatment options, and product recommendations.
2. Achieve monthly sales targets through professional and ethical sales approaches.
3. Explain treatment benefits, procedures, and post-care instructions clearly and accurately.
4. Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, devices, and clinic treatments.
5. Support doctors and therapists in preparing patients before treatment.
6. Assist with booking, follow-up reminders, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
7. Build strong patient relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
8. Ensure consultation rooms and display areas remain neat, clean, and brand-appropriate.

• Qualifications

1. Minimum of a Diploma Degree in any major.
2. Proficient in English, with at least 80% competency in speaking and comprehension.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beauty Consultant in an aesthetic clinic (mandatory), preferably with a nursing background.
4. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
6. Solid understanding of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
7. Professional, confident, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
8. Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
