Beauty Advisor

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in the retail sector as a beauty consultant or in a similar position

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Must be well-groomed and presentable

• Ability to apply makeup flawlessly

• Excellent knowledge of different skin types and makeup techniques

• Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Willing to work on a mobile basis

• Assignments at Sun Plaza, Centre Point, and Deli Park

Job Description:

• Identify customers’ needs and skin types, and recommend products tailored to their needs

• Provide customers with information on various makeup techniques

• Conduct product demonstrations and help customers find products that suit their needs

• Maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls

• Provide customers with information regarding product prices and the availability of special offers

• Recommend and sell cosmetic products to customers

• Manage transactions by recording them at the cash register

• Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures
