Job description for Batching Plant Operator at IGIP International Green Industrial Park
Qualifications
- Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3years of experience in a batching plant or ready-mix concrete operation with a solid understanding of concrete production processes.
- Strong knowledge of Job Mix Formula (JMF), material weighing, concrete mixing, quality control, and batching plant software operation.
- Proficient in computer operation with good communication and coordination skills, and able to work accurately, responsibly, and with attention to detail.
- Willing to work in a project/site environment, physically fit, and knowledgeable in implementing occupational health and safety (HSE) procedures.

- Operate the batching plant according to the production schedule and ensure material weighing and mixing processes comply with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure concrete is produced according to the approved Job Mix Formula (JMF), monitor concrete quality, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Monitor the availability of raw materials and coordinate with the warehouse, QC, mechanics, and dispatch team to ensure smooth production operations.
- Record production data, material consumption, batch tickets, and daily operational reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-start and post-operation equipment inspections, maintain a clean work area, and report any equipment malfunctions or operational issues promptly.
