As a Bartender at Tavern De Bali, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide array of drinks to our patrons. Your key responsibilities will include preparing a diverse selection of cocktails and beverages, ensuring all drinks are served promptly and according to our high standards. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, manage inventory, and assist in training new staff members. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience by engaging with customers and providing excellent service. We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for the hospitality industry and have a genuine interest in beverage preparation. Candidates should have completed their Secondary Education (SMA/SMK) and have between one and three years of relevant experience. Essential skills required for this role include proficiency in tea art, expertise in drink preparation, and experience as a Beverage Shop Supervisor.
