As a Barista at Kedai Nationalism Coffee Bintaro, you will be responsible for creating a delightful coffee experience for our patrons. Your primary duties will include preparing and serving coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after each shift. You will also be expected to assist with customer service, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to all visitors. Additionally, you may be involved in training new staff members and contributing to the development of our menu offerings. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be crucial in this role.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to our dynamic team. While a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is required, we value your experience and passion more than your formal education. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory; however, we require candidates to have at least one to three years of experience in a related field. Key skills include proficiency in tea art, latte art, and general coffee shop operations. You should be able to work well in a team, have a friendly demeanor, and enjoy interacting with customers.
