Padel of Gods, Bali's pioneering padel club, is proud to announce its expansion into the heart of Ubud, Kab. Gianyar, Bali. As the island’s first padel club built entirely by local hands, we celebrate the fusion of traditional craftsmanship with modern sports innovation. Our mission is to bring together communities through the joy of play, offering an inclusive space where everyone can experience the exhilaration of padel. In our quest to provide an exceptional guest experience, we are now seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team.
As a Barista at Padel of Gods, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality coffee beverages according to our standards, ensuring each cup meets our high expectations.
- Crafting unique latte art pieces to enhance the dining experience.
- Providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café area to ensure a pleasant environment for all visitors.
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of bar operations as needed.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for excellence and hospitality. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Candidates must have a Senior/Vocational High School education level. While formal coffee shop training is beneficial, we value practical experience and a genuine enthusiasm for the craft. We are seeking individuals with between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role, which allows you to bring a solid foundation of skills and knowledge to the table.
Key skills required for this position include:
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Expertise in Latte Art, americano, latte, and more enabling you to create stunning designs that add a special touch to each beverage.
- Experience in Coffee Shop operations, allowing you to contribute effectively to the smooth running of our café.
