Job Title: Bar Support
Department: Bar Operations
Reports to: Bar Manager / Head Bartender
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic bar team as a Bar Support. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the bar staff, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and equipment
- Support bartenders with drink preparation, serving, and handling transactions
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale system operations
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a bar or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Knowledge of cocktails and spirits (preferred but not required)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
