Job description for Bar Supervisor at Serenity management
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure excellent guest service.
- Prepare and serve beverages as a Bartender.
- Assist guests and provide table service as a Waiter/Waitress.
- Handle Shisha preparation and set-up for guests.
- Monitor bar stock, inventory, and daily reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards in the bar area.
Requirements:
- Male/Female.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender.
- Skilled in Mixology and guest service/waitressing.
- Experienced in Shisha preparation/set-up (or fast learner).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, discipline, honesty, and proactive attitude.
- Willing to work in Selemadeg, Tabanan.
- Willing to relocate (staff accommodation provided).
