Job description for Baking Class Chef – Pastry / Cake at PT Manaira Maju Bersama
Manaira is looking for a Baking Class Chef – Pastry / Cake to teach baking classes, pastry, cakes, and desserts.
Responsibilities:
- Teach baking classes for beginners, hobby bakers, and small business owners.
- Create and develop recipes for pastry, cakes, desserts, bread, cookies, and other baking products.
- Prepare class materials, recipes, step-by-step instructions, and product standards.
- Conduct baking demonstrations clearly, neatly, and professionally.
- Guide participants during hands-on practice.
- Maintain product standards in taste, appearance, hygiene, and quality.
- Help create attractive baking class menu ideas based on current trends.
- Work together with the Manaira team to prepare ingredients, tools, and class needs.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as a pastry chef, baker, cake decorator, or baking instructor.
- Skilled in pastry, cake, dessert, cookies, bread, or other baking products.
- Good teaching and communication skills.
- Neat, clean, patient, professional, and passionate about sharing knowledge.
- Able to create recipes that are easy for participants to follow.
- Preferably graduates of NHI / Poltekpar Bandung, Le Cordon Bleu, or other professional culinary/pastry schools.
- Open for full-time or part-time positions.
- Having a baking portfolio is a plus.
