Job Description:

Mengembangkan dan mengelola backend services untuk Super App (mencakup crypto trading, international stock trading, gold trading, P2P lending, dan layanan finansial lainnya)
Mendesain, membangun, dan mengelola scalable, secure, dan high-performance backend systems
Membangun dan mengelola RESTful APIs serta integrasi dengan third-party services (payment gateway, KYC, dll)
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Product, Frontend, dan Mobile untuk memastikan integrasi sistem yang seamless
Mengembangkan arsitektur berbasis microservices / distributed systems
Mengoptimalkan performa sistem, termasuk latency, throughput, dan reliability
Mengimplementasikan best practices dalam security, data protection, dan system resilience
Melakukan code review, mentoring junior engineer, dan menjaga kualitas codebase
Melakukan troubleshooting, debugging, dan continuous improvement pada backend systems

Kualifikasi:

Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Backend Engineer, diutamakan dari fintech / trading platform / financial services
Strong proficiency di Go (Golang) sebagai bahasa utama backend
Pengalaman dalam membangun highly scalable systems dan RESTful APIs
Familiar dengan microservices architecture, event-driven systems, dan distributed systems
Pengalaman dengan database (SQL dan/atau NoSQL) serta optimisasi query
Berpengalaman menggunakan cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) dan containerization (Docker, Kubernetes menjadi nilai tambah)
Memahami konsep system design, security, performance optimization, dan observability (logging, monitoring)
Memiliki problem-solving skill yang kuat, ownership tinggi, dan mampu bekerja di environment fast-paced
