Job description for Back End Development Trainer at Neuversity School of Software Engineering

By May 2022, as the growing start-up we open opportunity for talents to join in our board as Back End Trainer position.
About the role
We are looking for a Back End Trainer who is not only passionate about coding, but also about sharing their knowledge with the next generation of developers for our Software Engineering School this upcoming May (2022). As a start-up, we looking for you if you are someone who has a strong communication skill, to explain abstract concepts to the development practices, and you has good understanding of programming from various background like your education and project experience.
Responsibilities
i. Manage and support the success of the class.
ii. Facilitate to supportive and energetic community that welcomes the various needs and learning styles, and make sure your students safe.
iii. Inspire and support students as they identify their passions and drive their own continued learning beyond the curriculum.
iv. Challenge students to think creative, collaborative, communicative, and critical, and turn concepts and ideas into a real solutions.
v. Creating engaging content for our Software Engineering courses include lessons, exercises or projects, and collaborated with us to improve the curriculum.
Requirements
i. have experience as a software developer,
ii. Passionate and love to sharing about software development knowledge,
iii. You have a teacher's inner-side like patience, open to feedback, keeping a team motivated, empathy, supportive attitude and a good sense of humor,
iv. You are enjoy mentoring and always involved in the software engineering development community.
Skill Needed
i. Back end Training : Node JS, Express JS, Python
ii. Database Management Tools: MongoDB, MySQL.
