- Bachelor's in marketing, business, or equivalent
- Experience in Sales B2B and/or Having experience in the field of education is a plus.
- Good marketing, communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills in fostering a long-term relationship with the client
- Have good knowledge of people development product and project budgeting
- Able to present ideas of our B2B product to the prospected customer
- Looks for new leads and potential client for B2B products
- Achieve sales and revenue target
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Conduct training need assessment with client
- Prepare and present product proposal to client
- Basic salary 4-10 Mio based on experience
- Marketing fee
- Health Insurance (BPJS)
