Responsibilities:
Oversee sales lead generation aggresively
Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
Develop goals, sales quota targets and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
Demonstrate company products coffee and/or related products, services and solutions with the potential customer to convert
To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction.
Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.
Solicit feedback on products and services.
Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Qualifications
Passionate about coffee and education
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years marketing experience directly managing B2B Sales programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
Foodservice or restaurant experience
Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
Ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions
Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
