Job description for B2B SALES EXECUTIVE & SALES COORDINATOR – SKINCARE at PT Andri Putra Borneo

Perusahaan kami bergerak di bidang Skincare & Parfume sedang membuka kesempatan bagi talenta terbaik untuk bergabung sebagai B2B Sales Executive penempatan:

Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Palangkaraya, Makassar

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Melakukan canvassing dan kunjungan ke toko kosmetik, retail, distributor, reseller, apotek, minimarket, salon, dan beauty store.
  • Mencari serta membuka kerja sama dengan customer baru B2B.
  • Menawarkan produk skincare dan parfum kepada toko/offline store maupun online seller.
  • Menjelaskan produk, harga, promo, dan sistem kerja sama kepada owner atau PIC toko.
  • Follow up customer hingga terjadi closing order.
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer existing agar repeat order berjalan baik.
  • Melakukan monitoring penjualan dan aktivitas kompetitor di area.
  • Membuat laporan penjualan harian dan mingguan kepada atasan.
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target sales area.

KUALIFIKASI

  • Pria/Wanita usia maksimal 35 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales B2B / Canvassing / Sales Retail.
  • Berpengalaman di bidang skincare, kosmetik, parfume, atau FMCG menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
  • Target oriented dan terbiasa bekerja di lapangan.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C aktif.
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
  • Memiliki relasi toko kosmetik/beauty store menjadi nilai plus.
  • Bersedia mobile dan dinas luar kota apabila dibutuhkan.
