Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems.
- Experienced in preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
- Capable of preparing maintenance reports and monitoring engineering budgets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to join immediately is preferred.
