An Associate Brand Marketing Manager manages campaigns, social media strategy, and public
image. He/she will assist to develop and implement brand image building and marketing activities that
increase brand value, awareness, and market share. This person will work closely with different teams
to help create and execute brand and marketing initiatives, building a brand image that resonates with
the target market to increase brand credibility and acquisition performance.
● Assist in developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies to build brand image to
increase brand preference and acquisition
● Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
● Plan and execute marketing communication initiatives including campaigns and various
channels (digital and non digital), media strategy and brand survey.
● Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with the brand and company values
● Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, campaigns and media
● Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
● Monitor and manage brand budgets
● Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI
● Collaborate with different teams such as product marketing, creative, legal, customer service,
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 4-6 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
● Have experience in Public relation activity would be preferable
● Strong communication skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
● Proven ability to work cross-functionally
