Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated female candidate who is willing to support as teacher assistant to teach individuals with autism. This position is not limited to those with prior teaching experience. A background in teaching or knowledge about autism will be considered an advantage, but we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and develop skills related to teaching and autism support.
- Ability to create and implement teaching plans (daily, weekly, monthly) – guidance and training will be provided.
- IT skills and experience in online teaching are an advantage.
- Able to prepare and report learning progress (daily journal, report book).
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Open to evaluating and improving personal skills for greater effectiveness.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and active English.
