👨💼 Assistant Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) required; Culinary Arts or Management majors preferred
- At least 1–2 years experience as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar role in F&B, restaurant, café, or retail industry
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic or English
- Willing to work flexible hours based on operational needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, POS systems, and other relevant applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Monitor sales, cash handling, operational expenses, and prepare regular reports
- Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier coordination, and cost control
- Maintain customer experience and service quality
