We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with company targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic work environment
Strong leadership skills with a high sense of responsibility
Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
Detail-oriented, agile, and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Capable of handling and analyzing data independently
Familiar with sales systems such as ERP, Accurate, and WMS
Able to process and analyze data using these systems
Strong execution skills and able to follow management directions effectively
Able to drive team performance to work efficiently and accurately
Prior experience as Marketing Support is a plus
