We specialize in cutting-edge video analytics technologies that equip global businesses big or small with people counting, tracking and facial recognition analysis solutions. Our clients access our comprehensive dashboard which provides real-time overviews, campaign management, automated weekly reports, alters & notifications which can be integrated easily with POS (Point of Sales system), CRM, staff rostering data and third party system through our API (application programming interface).

· Provides project management leadership and is responsible for the overall performance of the project liaising with clients and suppliers throughout the project implementation.
· Attend to client emails and queries. Planning and organizing work to ensure project are in smooth operation.
· Attend project meetings and plan and execute accordingly.
· Able to multi-tasking among different projects and ensure timely project delivery.
· Manage client's expectations regarding scope of work.
· Effectively manage internal/external team communications.
· Prepare, track, manage project deliverable based on requirements, schedule, and scope, to ensure customer satisfaction to ensure successful delivery of the project on time.
· Manage Customers relationship during and post project implementations.
· Familiar with following documentation:
o System designs and network architecture diagram
o Progress reports and meeting minutes
o System test plan and report
o User acceptance test plan and report
o Operational manuals and
o Full web API documentation for data retrieval by other systems.
· High interest in project implementation.
· Highly self-motivated, result-oriented and can work independently. Strong coordination skills.
· Diploma holder, preferably in IT related. Strong IT knowledge.
· At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
· Good interpersonal and customer care skill.
· Attention into detail and proper project documentation for records.
· Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Support clients Pre and post project implementation.
· Experience in Video Analytics will be added advantage.
