Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance:
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate abnormalities for timely resolution.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and production tools.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
Production:
• Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Assist engineers in process improvement and equipment enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment or process issues.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant ISO standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic.
• Basic knowledge of ISO quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and manufacturing quality practices.
• Some working experience in wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous (but not required).
• Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, electrical systems, or automation.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or equipment manuals is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and a team-player.
