Job description for Assistant Chinese Restaurant Manager at The National University Of Singapore Society
A. Primary Role
The incumbent is responsible for providing good customer service by efficiently attending to Members and Guests of the Society in a professional and courteous manner.
B. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to guests.
- Assist in daily operations.
- Assist in supervising and training of new and existing service staff.
- Manage and ensure expenses are within budget limits.
- Maintain and improve service level of restaurant.
- Assist to achieve monthly sales target & KPIs.
- Assist in monthly stock take of restaurant inventory.
C. Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Chinese Restaurant.
- Service oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Excellent team player who is able to train and motivate staff effectively.
- 6 day work week, able to work shifts including public holidays and weekends.
