- Develop brand marketing plan for annually, quarterly, monthly;
- Lead new product development projects;
- Build, propose and control A&P budget effectively;
- Review, report brand marketing activities monthly;
- Work closely with content, design, digital, trade to orient brand development and ensure executing marketing activities on time and reach brand target;
- Work closely with sales team, R&D, QA, Purchasing, finance … to new product projects or marketing plan effectively proceed;
- Other tasks as assigned.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
- Education: Graduated from University with major related in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Business Administration
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in MKT role in multinational FMCG companies
Other skills:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Youtube, EC onsite marketing tools, etc;
- Brand launch experience & experience in commercial marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as to engage & cooperate well in a team;
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated and have positive attitude;
- In time / Effective / Ability to handle multi-task.
