The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Admin Head (Placement in BALI) include overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting in financial analysis. Your duties will also involve collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. This position requires someone who can manage multiple tasks effectively and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting from a reputable University (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Admin, Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in automotive dealership is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication & teamwork skills.
- Committed, detail-oriented, disciplined, and high integrity.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to support and be assigned to nearby branches when required.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday).
- Must be domiciled in Bali or surrounding areas.
