Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients and vendors
Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and coordinate servicing when necessary
Policy & Claims Support
Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations
Verify, organize, and file policy documents, endorsements, and claims
Liaise with underwriting and claims departments for documentation
Follow up on pending insurance claims and maintain updated records
Customer Service & Support
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
Provide admin support to sales and customer service teams
Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions
